In the presence of His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Talal Al-Nahas, Governor of The General Organization of Social Insurance, and Dr. Khaled bin Hussein Al-Biari, Assistant Minister of Defence for Executive Affairs, the Organization, and the Ministry of Defence, represented by the "Etizaz" program, signed a memorandum of understanding.
