E-Participation

The General Organization for Social Insurance realises the importance of the continuous communication and constructive dialogue between them and their subscribers and beneficiaries in the business sector, and the power of this communication which can raise the level of services provided to them and enhance their contents. Therefore, the organisation takes great care of electronic participation because of its importance and the tangible impact in improving the quality of the provided services, and being a prerequisite for achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

E-participation is based on the principle of interaction and participation through communication channels, which allow the expression of opinions and ideas, moreover, the presentation of fruitful suggestions that contribute to raising the quality of work. "Social Insurance" is always striving to provide multiple channels to allow the voice of subscribers and beneficiaries to reach at any time to meet their needs and to listen to their opinions and complaints.​
